As an Investment Analyst at Capnamic, you serve as a key player in identifying, investing in and supporting disruptive startups in high-growth markets.

Way of Working
You’ll take full ownership of deal-making, sourcing, and portfolio support. While this can be intense, it’s the fastest way to grow. You’ll need to build and utilize your own network and sourcing strategies to discover deals and establish relationships with exceptional founders.
Each deal team includes an investment team member and a partner. Working closely in a deal team with our partners, you’ll lead the evaluation of startups through profound due diligence and drive deals to completion. Staying informed about the most promising and disruptive digital technologies will be a key part of your success.
We’re looking for someone who challenges us and drives us forward, not someone who relies on us every step of the way.
Your Part
As a key part of our team, you’re responsible for:
- Sourcing: Actively source and identify attractive investment opportunities
- Deal making: Active due diligence including related market, industry and technology deep dives
- Portfolio support: Offer hands-on guidance to help portfolio companies thrive and grow
- Networking: Manage, grow and leverage your own deal flow or network with co-investors and limited partners
- Relationship building: Work closely and effectively with colleagues, founders, limited partners, lawyers, accountants, executive search firms and other contacts within our network
- Event participation: Extend our and your network by attending conferences and meetups with founders
- Branding: Represent Capnamic at every step
