Leon Kayser, CFA

Leon Kayser joined Capnamic in 2025, bringing a diverse background across Investment Banking (Goldman Sachs), Corporate Strategy (ESL Gaming), and Equity Research (Exane). Most recently, Leon gained hands-on startup experience as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Capnamic portfolio company Sunhat. Leon holds an M.Sc. in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. He is also a CFA® charterholder.

In his free time, Leon enjoys spending time with family and playing football with friends. He is also an ambitious player of video games.
