Marei von Fürstenberg

Marei von Fürstenberg is part of Capnamic’s investment team, bringing six years of experience in private equity and venture capital - most of it from the LP side. Before joining Capnamic, she worked at KfW DEG, shaping early-growth and venture strategies across Latin America and India. Along the way, she advised international funds through LPAC roles and supported portfolio companies as a board observer. Marei holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Maastricht University and a Master’s in Specialized Economic Analysis from the Barcelona School of Economics.

Outside of work, Marei channels her energy into social impact. She rebuilt and scaled a project for people with special needs inRomania, growing it to more than 1,200 participants and building lasting partnerships on the ground. She loves hosting dinner parties and is a passionate - though still learning -tennis player, having picked up the sport in 2022.
