The team consists of more than 30 dedicated Marketing experts, ranging from Inbound Marketing, Events, Product Marketing, Content & Video, PR to Localisation. The team is based in Berlin, San Francisco, New York, Tokyo, Shanghai and Beijing.
You will be successful in this role if you have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, have experience in copywriting and content creation (from editing to writing bylines, press releases, answering written interviews, blog posts and reports) and a full understanding of the USA media needs as well as industry trends affecting clients. We are looking for someone who can maintain great relationships with the media in the US and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication and marketing strategy. This position would be perfect for someone who is keen to work in an agile structure – we live and breath the start-up culture
In your day-to-day work as Adjust's PR and Communications Manager you will be pitching to the media directly while keeping tight relationships with major outlets and journalists, writing press releases and prepping interviews to write bylines for media outlets. You will also analyze media coverage and develop responses when needed. You'll have the opportunity to consistently brainstorm and collaborate with an international team in different time zones to localize our comms strategy in the US market. To be successful in this role, you will have great risk management capabilities – always think twice and don't take information for granted!
