Are you a great communicator, a people person and want to be part of an international adtech company? We are looking for an HR / Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team based in our head quarters in Berlin.
As part of the larger HR organization, you will be the first point of contact for our talents and guide them through our recruitment process. You will deal with different stakeholders to find suitable appointments in their busy calendars and be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews, support the Talent Acquisition Managers in administrative daily recruitment tasks and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
As HR / Recruiting Coordinator you will work independently but also pushing yourself and your stakeholders to be on top of your candidates. You will quickly own the process for your openings.
To be successful in this role you need to be able to switch prioritizations and juggle between tasks of a different nature. You like to work in a challenging environment and know how to organize yourself even in stressful situations. You are able to manage a high workload and have the ability to stay calm, focused and have a solution-oriented mindset.
