We need a writer and content professional who can turn highly technical concepts into simple and captivating content.
As a Content Manager/Writer at Adjust, you'll create blogs, ebooks and other collateral that provide value for marketers involved in apps, mobile, and (broadly speaking) digital marketing. Along with this, you'll be collaborating with the content team to define content strategy, contribute ideas that will go into our content calendar, and monitor industry trends and news that inform and feed the content pipeline.
This position requires enthusiasm, a firm grasp of what it takes to produce impactful content, and experience in managing a variety of stakeholders throughout the process from ideation to publication. In addition, the ideal applicant should have copywriting skills and the ability to edit both short- and long-form content. The ability to copy edit emails, social media posts and headlines is a plus.
A background in freelancing or in-house content creation is great, but a track record working within an agency or tech/mobile company–managing the tight deadlines, outside stakeholders, and expectation management that comes with it – is necessary. Don’t be worried if you are not fluent in tech and mobile jargon. We don’t expect you to know what a callback is now – but we do expect you to learn quickly. Your solid background in the basics of apps and app marketing will help you to be successful.
If your talents cover all the bases, then you’ve got what it takes to work with us. Why would you want to work here? Well, you'll be working in one of the most exciting companies in mobile space, boasting an amazing team and perks unlike anywhere else. We're in the midst of rapid growth and we need writers to help keep up with the pace of development, on the way to becoming a first-class content machine.
Finally, we're looking for someone who has a true passion for reading. Why? Simply put, if you haven't reached this paragraph then you shouldn't expect us to read your cover letter. You should not just tell us about you, tell us about what you can do, or want to do, for us. Also, tell us if you've spotted the deliberate capitalization – it shouldn't be too tricky to find.
