You will do:
– Maintain a close relationship with your client base
– Interact with marketing managers and executives from top mobile advertisers
– Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and enable the leverage of adjust platform and maximise ROI
– Take part in regular in-person meetings to align on client requests

As Client Partner you will be a part of a team of 3 people based in Tokyo and work closely with several teams such as Marketing, Product and Account Management. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with existing clients. Your goal is to leverage your insights in order to maximise your upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
– Proven track record working in SaaS sales within the mobile sector
– Capacity to transform client needs into business solution maximizing ROI
– Availability to build strong relationships with your clients
– Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese
